The Reserve Bank Building/Bently Reserve was renovated with daylight harvesting and occupancy sensored HVAC controls. HiDef audio and video buit-ins are found throughout the, first ever, Platinum Certified LEED building.

The Alcoa Building

Built in 1964, the Alcoa building was the incubator for the external seismic truss (X bracing) building system later used by Chicago’s 100-story John Hancock Center.
